Tracy Minchew has been teaching for eight years in Franklin County Schools. Previously, she taught three years in Flordia. She is married and has two children. Her hobbies include crochet, gaming, and gardening.

Mr. Sicko has been teaching for the past 19 years. He has taught 1-5th grades, and he loves science and technology. He is the Digital Literacy Facilitator for Edward Best Elementary School.

Ms. Nancy Wheeler Stover is a native of Franklin County where she attended Edward Best School (K-8) and graduated from Bunn High School. She was awarded the North Carolina Teaching Fellows scholarship and attended East Carolina University graduating with a Bachelor of Music in 2001. Ms. Stover received her Kodály Certification from the Carolina Kodály Institute at Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2012 and is the past-president of the Kodály Educators of North Carolina. She has taught high school band, middle school band and chorus, as well as elementary school. She is the co-coordinator of the Franklin County All-County Chorus and has serves on the NCMEA Elementary Board. Ms. Stover's husband is also a teacher and they have three children.
